In 2011 I worked 5 months with Trevor in the NTM-A (CSTC-A) mission in Afghanistan. Our team was responsible for the support of ANPTGC (Afgan National Police Training General Command) on enabling processes:
• Logistics
• ICT (Voice and Computers)
• Human Resource Management
• Facility Management
• Budget & Finance

Trevor was primary responsible for ICT but there was a great attitude on cross-training in the team in order to reach the highest level of continuity. During this period Trevor managed to connect all the permanent and temporary training sites from the ANPTGC to the moi.gov.af WAN. Trevor is a pro-active contractor with the right set of competences for Cooperation, Communication and Collaboration. Trevor is also fit for action and has great skills on safety and security which is a great must in these kinds of operations.

If my country sends me on a future mission I certainly would like to have Trevor in my team again.

I did not work with Trevor very long, just under a year, but he really impressed me. Trevor is creative, intense, and thorough. He is comfortable and effective with customers, vendors, staff, peers, and execs. He sees and can address everything from the big picture to the details. Trevor has great vision; is creative, energetic, and solutions oriented. He is an excellent motivator and a great team player. One of the most talented people with whom I’ve ever worked.

Trevor is an exceptional manager – with incredible attention to detail. His responsiveness to big and small problems was lightning quick, and he always knows who to ask if he didn’t have an immediate answer which was very infrequent.

Trevor was a very easy guy to work with. Down to earth and very professional. He knows his stuff and will effectively present multiple solutions for an issue.

Sr. Systems Administrator, Central Parking Systems

Trevor’s attention to detail and tenacity to get the job done right the first time is admirable. He focuses on the immediate need to put the fire out then circles back to find and implement solutions that will put the fires out permanently. Trevor can communicate effectively with his team members, end users and management in a way that is clear and concise to his audience. Trevor is a team player and is an asset to have on any team.

It was not only a great experience working for Trevor, but an honor. He has natural leadership abilities and has the tenure to manage projects to fruition. His attention to communication and utilizing the talent of each individual on the team helped us to resolve issues or expand when ahead. I especially looked forward to our weekly meetings because Trevor always brought us together and action plans were discussed and reassured. He is a great listener and thinks options over carefully before committing. His qualities, experience, and talents make him an extraordinary manager and teammate.

Trevor’s management of the EMJ IT systems is superb. Trevor manages his team and resources to maximum effect to keep our operations moving. Trevor is not afraid to get in there and do it himself, personally addressing issues without hesitation. When I, or any employee, need an immediate solution, he always makes sure that we have the systems and tools we need.

I worked with Trevor on the launch of an extremely successful web site that has continued to serve as a model for others. The foundation of that success was attributable to Trevor’s dedication, hard work, and vision. It’s worth noting that he accomplished this task while 7,000 miles from home, with spotty power and network connections, in a war zone, but remained undeterred and professional despite the hardships.
