In the human experience, conflict and change seem to be universal constants. I have spent a great deal of my adult life learning to manage, channel and focus both conflict and change so that the participants and organizations involved emerge smarter, stronger and more adaptable than they were before I entered the picture. I am an expert in the management of information systems. More importantly, I am an effective and politely assertive communicator. The vast majority of business problems can be solved by effective communication.
